Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

  • This exchange policy is applicable to products purchased through the website (www.wellnesshut.sg) only

  • This exchange policy provides the customer the option to exchange products

  • You may request to exchange any products you have purchased within 7 business days (including day of receiving the products). Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

  • Request to exchange purchased products may only be made for the following reasons:

    • product delivered is not what you have ordered

    • product delivered does not correspond with its description on the website

    • product delivered has expired

  • Products can only be exchanged if they are in the following conditions:

    • in their original packaging​

    • unconsumed and undamaged

    • accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Some products are non-exchangeable. Please contact us to check if a product is exchangeable.

  • NO OBLIGATION TO EXCHANGE. Wellness Hut reserves the right to decline any requests for exchanging products and retains the discretion not to provide a reason.

  • Purchased products are NOT REFUNDABLE

Process

  • Once a request to exchange a product has been received, an acknowledgement will be sent. Please allow up to 14 business days for the request to be reviewed. You may be contacted if more information is required.

  • At the end of the review, Wellness Hut will decide to:

    • replace the Product with one of similar value (refer to shipping cost), OR

    • decline the request

  • Shipping cost are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
